All Kranos hats are fully reversible and made from 2 layers of 100% cotton fabric (extra durable twill is used in many designs where noted in the item description) for protection from sparks. A third layer of flannel is enclosed in the brim for added protection where you need it. We pre-wash and dry all our fabrics so your hat won't shrink in the laundry.
